About Us

Pendleton Place was founded by Dre’a Pendleton in 2017. Pendleton Place is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse. Dre’a has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years specializing in adult home care, geriatrics and dementia care. Pendleton Place is a 501c3 organization providing affordable housing for the elderly and disabled in the Greater Baltimore area. We offer a comfortable and affordable alternative to a nursing institution. Located in the Historic Hamilton District, our residential home is specifically designed to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled who require assistance with activities of daily living.

Our Staff

We have caregivers who live on the premises and are available around the clock. Our Registered Nurse is on call 24 hours a day and notified of all incidents, changes in medications as well as significant changes in resident’s behavioral or physical condition. Each staffed member is assessed by our Registered Nurse for competencies in job performance. Our registered nurse will complete physical assessments on each resident every 45 days.
