Pendleton Place was founded by Dre’a Pendleton in 2017. Pendleton Place is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse. Dre’a has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years specializing in adult home care, geriatrics and dementia care. Pendleton Place is a 501c3 organization providing affordable housing for the elderly and disabled in the Greater Baltimore area. We offer a comfortable and affordable alternative to a nursing institution. Located in the Historic Hamilton District, our residential home is specifically designed to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled who require assistance with activities of daily living. With assistance from our highly trained staff, we provide quality care for people with mental illness, dementia, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injury.

We believe that one’s golden years should be filled with love, comfort and support. We seek to treat the whole person and not just an individual’s diagnosis, medical condition or mental illness. We respect all rights, relgions, possessions and opinions of our residents. We individulaize attention to our residents. We tailor our care to your needs and provide the comfort of home while receiving the care of a world class facility.

Through fundraising and donations, we are here to assist all people in need. Our community strives to provide an atmosphere that is comfortable and engaging for our residents. Through assistance with healthcare, personal care, help with daily tasks as well planned social and recreational events in a home style environment they can gain in increased quality of life, while also maintaining their independence.
